2 days in the Sahara desert in Zagora (from Agadir)
Day 1: Agadir to Zagora Sahara Desert via Taznakht and Taliouin:
The journey to the Sahara from Zagora will start by visiting some Berber villages on the way to the Sahara, leaving Agadir for Zagora. Cross the capital of Safran Taliouine before heading to Taznakht, the capital of BERBER CARPETS. Then lunch in Taznakht before arriving in Zagora. On the way, we will make other stops to enjoy the view of the High Atlas Mountains, the Kasbah and the oasis of palm trees. Once in the desert, you can ride a camel around the dunes at sunset. Or you can do it at sunrise the next day and spend the night in the desert with your nomad tent. In the evening after dinner, the atmosphere is just great, you can join the locals listening to local music, sharing laughs and jokes, enjoying the sky and the tranquility of the Sahara.
Day 2: Zagora Sahara Return to Agadir via Ouarzazate:
Our second day back to Agadir will start early in the morning so you can enjoy the sunrise. Enjoy even more the last moments of the Sahara. After breakfast, we will start our drive through the High Atlas Mountains and through some Berber villages to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa.
After our arrival in Ouarzazate, we will visit Taourirte Kasbah And Atlas Cinema Studios, then we will go directly to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, the most famous castle in Africa, free activities and lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Agadir. The return to Agadir is generally scheduled for late afternoon.
